We hope you and your hair love Sayblee products but sometimes that’s not the case for everyone.

We ask that you use the product for at least a month before you initiate an exchange or a return since our products are 100% plant based and it takes time to heal your hair and scalp.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your products within 90 days from the date of your order. To initiate an exchange or return please email us at info@saybleeproducts.com

Returns: After receiving your returned product, we will refund the original form of payment, less the shipping fee + a $5.00 restocking fee.

Exchanges: Equal value exchanges will be sent to you free of charge. For exchanges to a higher priced product, you will be responsible for the difference. For exchanges to a lower priced product, we will refund the remaining credit to your original form of payment. If your original form of payment is no longer available, we will issue a credit.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

My package arrived damaged: Please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the problem immediately. Do not forget to mention your full name, order number and a picture of the damage package.

How long will it take to get my refund? Refunds take 3 -7 business days but this depends on your bank. You will receive an email to the original email used to order once your refund has been sent.

Can I cancel my order in progress? No. Once the order is made we are not able to cancel your order.
